TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Invoice and these Terms and Conditions constitute the Agreement.

All Prices include the following items:

1 HP Motor Blower
Tarp for non-grass area
Stakes to hold the jumper down
Straps & Repair Kit
Banner with your company name and telephone number

Payments - 30% upon order by cash, cashiers check, money order or credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER). Balance due prior to delivery. Deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation of purchase order.

Shipment - Units shipped by Freight FOB Los Angeles. Prices on request. Any delivery time is given in good faith, but intended as an estimate and therefore it is not to be treated as being of the essence of the contract.

Repairs - In order for us to keep our customer satisfied after the 24 month guarantee expiration period, we offer repair service for all the inflatables purchased through Jumps ‘R’ Us of San Antonio. Please contact us for any repairs required after the guarantee period expiration date.

Guarantee - Unless otherwise stated, all Jumps ‘R’ Us of San Antonio products are warranted from the date of delivery for 24 months. All warranty work and replacements are subject to inspection. We are not responsible for any kind of improper handling, storage, repairs maintenance and care of the inflatables purchased through Jumps ‘R’ Us of San Antonio. Furthermore, Jumps ‘R’ Us of San Antonio and is not responsible for any negligent treatment of the products or accidental damage caused by the inflatables purchased through us. Our products are built through high quality standards and are manufactured to withstand fair wear and tear. However, it is up to the operator to ensure that our products are carefully and sensibly handled, properly installed and adequately supervised at all times. When placing an order with Jumps ‘R’ Us of San Antonio, the customer acknowledges and accepts all of the above terms and conditions without exceptions.
